Who is responsible

F4 Labs AS, org. no. 936 714 315, Norway, is the data controller for NordicBids. Contact: hello@f4.no.

If you start a trial

We store your email, company name, registration number, what you sell, country and chosen plan. We use this to deliver your alert and to contact you about the service. We also record which links in our emails you click, so we can see what is useful. The legal basis is contract. We keep the data while you use the service and for at most 12 months after.

If you received an email from us

We found the address in a public contract award notice in the EU database TED, where your company is listed as a supplier. We use it to offer a service related to your company’s business. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Links in the email contain a reference, so we can see whether you visited our website. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will not contact you again.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data and object to its use. Email hello@f4.no. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.

Providers

The website, database and service emails run on Cloudflare. Outreach emails are sent through Google Workspace.

Cookies

The website uses no cookies for tracking or advertising.
